Depends on where you were when you "forgot". Were you high?
middle? low? Burning tongue and/or lips, peripheral neuropathy, brain
damage, which might manifest as no memory. Further into the damage would
be the inability to walk, stand or drive (any or all), inability to
concentrate, at all-ever, memory is completely gone, various nerve pain in
parts of body. And of course, it takes down iron and other elements. When
you run out of iron, your heart stops, so we'd really rather not go there.

I 'forgot' for a year. I lived, but wouldn't recommend testing that
yourself. I don't notice any symptoms when I forget or when it's time for
my next shot...I notice immediately after my shot. That may not make
sense, but what I am trying to say is that I don't notice anything
different-or a low until I am 'right' again. Hope that helps.

The first symptom is being tired all the time. Just start taking your
B-12! then call your doctor.
