Hey, I can totally relate to you. I'm 12 weeks post op from a VBG and at
about 8 weeks is when your stomach is pretty much healed and the swelling
is gone and the amount you're able to eat increases. I was starving one
night and ate a whole meximelt. I about died. I thought, "I've
ruined my surgery, my staples came out..." but basically what I've
figured out is some days I can eat almost normal portions of food and
others I can eat 2 bites. We're both at the stage right now where we're
not sure how things are supposed to go so we get freaked out easily. Don't
worry, chances are the tostada had a lot of beans, lettuce, tomatoes,
etc... on it, in which case, it became watery was you chewed and slid
through your pouch easier. I always find I'm able to eat a lot of Taco
Bell and a ton of salad. You're fine. Best of Luck!
