Question:
Non whey protein shakes?

I am severely allergic to dairy (which includes eggs) and am looking for a good protein shake for both pre and post surgery (probably RNY). I have tried a couple and they just didn't work for various reasons. Anyone else have problems like this and what did you use? Also, where did you find samples since I don't want to buy a huge tub and then have it not work! Thanks in advance!    — hb22776 (posted on March 15, 2013)
