Stick with 4 oz per meal 5 times a day. Follw the basics you were taught
in the first place.

I am just about 3 years out also. I eat 5-6 oz per meal 3 times a day. my
weight has fluctuated 5-6 six pounds up and down. I seem to be maintaining
wt 170-180. I started off at 310 pounds. Do what you did when you started
this journey and you should be find. Keep up the good work.

Go back to your doctor and ask him, you should have been paying attention
the first time he explained it. My doctor told me what to do, when to do
it, what not to do, and what I will be doing 2, 5, 10, 20,and 50 years
after the surgery, if yours didn't have him do so or find a doctor that
will.
I had the Roux en-Y (distal) bypass about 17 years ago and my doctor told
me what I should be eating today back when I had it done. I am doing great
and feel wonderful. But I never had any questions on what I was suppose to
be doing or eating even now it's been 17 years. If you do you need to have
your doctor re-explain it to you.
