When they sew our intestines to the bottom our our new pouch, it tries to
"heal" or grow shut. Put you thumb and first finger together to
form an "O" then move your first finger towards the bottom of
your thumb, that is how it tries to grow shut. Making food hard to get
thru. I had one, it was very easy to fix, no pain at all.

Strictures are basicly scar tisue from the healing. They just strech it
out. real easy to fix. I have had it done twice. Just a couple of minutes
for the proceedure. I was in and out in about two hours.
