It just depends on what it is. Some foods are heavier than others so they
fill you up faster. But make sure you listen to your stomach telling you
that it is full. Just a few table spoons might do it one day, and a little
more the next day. So it varies. Your pouch is only 1 oz in size right
now. Just make sure you don't eat too much. Best wishes to you.

Hi! At three weeks out I's say to measure out 4 teaspoons of food. If you
have one of those medicine cups they work great. You will be eating about
an ounce a meal for the next few weeks. Don't push yourself..as you can
stretch out the pouch, and no one wants that. eat until you feel satisfied,
not full. I used to eat four bites and quit. There was no hunger, so it was
easy to quit. I am one year out now and made goal in 10 months. I feel
great, and people say I look great. I just know I feel great and just
bought my first size 4 capri pants ever! Congrats on your journey and be
patient. Its the hardest part of this whole thing! Patience!Best of luck
to you and hugs, kim
