Go to ticketfactory.com and follow the directions. I had a hard time figuring it out but it isn't really too hard. Lyn

Tonya, I've been wondering the same thing. I checked out the answers you received and proceeded back to Trackerfactory with confidence. I proceeded to make a new tracker and follow the directions one more time. I did the same thing I've been doing and guess what? I got the same answer. No tracker in my blog. I decided to couldn't possibly be that hard so I decided to try one more time. This time I made the tracker slid down the HTML box. Highlighted. Cut. Returned to my blog. Opened the area for editing the space I wanted. Copied. And sure encough I was able to the HTML letters just like I had cut. Now for the important minor little step that no one tells you about....are you reading carefully...go down to the end of you blog area that you just pasted that HTML stuff on and click on "save." :) I was so excited my cute little tracker popped up just like I wanted. AH, the simple things in life. Now I want to know how you add color to the background. Create colored font. Maybe even wallpaper. Well for now my tracker makes me smile. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out. Susanne
