no bad carbs, no whites. no white sugar no white flour no white rice no
white bread. eat fish and chicken and salads. I am almost 4 yrs out and I
just gained 10lbs. I cant believe it. I was so shocked when i stepped on
the scale. I dont eat a lot of bread but I do tend to snack a lot. I cnat
eat a lot at once so its snacking through out the day. So just watch what
you eat. Good luck

the kind of diet where you keep food out of your mouth and you include
exercise and water intake. It really works, it doesn't have to be rocket
science, just get started and your body will work for you. Patricia P.
