its more import that you get your protein , avoid sugar. and worry more
about the nutrion your body is required. of course avoid fast food and
fried food. but definately avoid sugar. get the 60 grams of protein your
body requires

well my nut told me by the time you are a year out you shouldn't be taking
in anymore than like 1200 calories a day or a cup and a half of food...but
if you workout alot like i do if you don't take in more than that you'll
get run down...i must be doing something right because i've lost 120 lbs in
less than 10 months! woo hoo!

If you get 25 fats, 100 carbs, ect...you probably consume between lowest
900 and highest 1400 carbs so any where in between is good.

I am out 12 months and there are days that i eat MAYBE 600 to 1000 Calories
per day! Some days maybe a little more! Everyone is differant but I am
feeling great. I have lost 248lbs in the 12 months.
