having feeling of puffiness under both ribs in front anyone have this feeling

I would say that your life expectancy is much longer now. Your body, (unfortunately) will learn to take what it needs after it adapts to the weight loss. There may be a few who have problems, but very few who don't start receiving nutrients. I think I've only read of one person and she had other issues.

I felt a tightness where you describe right after the surgery and a few days after but found it was my period causing the discomfort. Might this be the case?
