This is what we call the "Foamies". It is caused by not chewing
your food well enough or taking bites that are too big and it gets lodged
in the opening to your pouch. Try chewing food very well, mush if you
will. And take nickel size bites or at least very small bites and eat
slowly. This is completely normal for us, I went thru it and most of us
have. So, chew well (it might seem like you already do) take small bites
and eat slow. Hope this helps.

In reading your blog, I learned that you try to eat things like chicken
that you shouldn't even be trying for many months yet. Ask your surgeon to
go over with you again what you're supposed to be eating at this point.
For the most part you should only be eating simple to digest things like
nonfat yogurt and cottage cheese and soups. It's important to follow the
instructions.
