does anyone know about how to contact your city's health ins. commissioner ?

i am trying to get my city's health ins. commissioner to back me up on approved plastic surgery after losing 100 pounds with a very legit medical reason. if you could please share the way to go about this i would appreciate it. cindy    — cinlu (posted on January 10, 2010)

I'm not aware of city health insurance commissioners. Possibly you don't live in the USA? If you do and want to reach your state insurance commissioner you should be able to look it up under your states site. Your surgeon is in MD so if you live in MD the site is www.maryland.gov. Or you can call any health insurance agency (look in the yellow pages) and a health insurance agent should be able to give you contact information.
