Hi Liz, please don't hate yourself. We are only human! I am new to this
(Lap RNY 11/4), but if I were you, and what I have seen here is that you
should go back to your pre-op liquid diet for two weeks. You did it to
prepare for you surgery, I know you can do it again! Good luck to you and
if you just need someone to talk to, drop me a message! I hope the new
year brings positive changes for you!

I'm 18 months out so definitely not an expert. I spent years feeling down
about my weight. Having RNY has been the best thing I ever did. I've lost
about 70 lbs. and want to lose another 30. I'm happy with my size and how
I look but not happy with the scale.
Go back to what you did in the beginning. I'm thinking you are probably
consuming too many carbs. Carbs are definitely not my friend although they
taste so good. Do the liquid protein for a few days then gradually add in
healthy foods. Strive for a high protein, low carb diet and watch the
sugars.
Bariactriceating.com has a WLS diet plan on their website. It's in the
support section. It's a good group so visit OH and BE often. You can lose
the weight!!

Hi Liz, just want to say I'm going through the same. I'm post op RNY 6
years and began gaining weight 6 mos. ago. Though it's 15 lbs. I've gone
from size 14 to 18 or 16Womens (same as 18 Misses). My food journal
indicates too many carbs, too much junk food and the list goes on. After 6
successful years of maintaining my weight I now wake each morning thinking
about weight and lack of motivation. I gonna visit the
Bariactriceating.com and begin the start up with protein shakes. Hang in
there, we've come a long way! You're not alone! Glow
