Question:
i'm now 4 years out and my weight has stabalized between 155-165

Hi. We are in the same boat. I would like to lose another 20 or so pounds but I too have stabilized. I can tell you what my doctor told me, we would have to go tot he gym on a regular basics as doing to much more "dieting" would not be health nor safe for folks like us.

I am only 10 months out, but have lost 115 lbs. I went from 286 down to where I am now at 171 according to dr. scale (but at home I am 168). I want to be at 135, and asked my surgeon for suggestions. They said I should start working out (with weights)or start going to the gym instead of just walking like I have been the past 10 months. It will tone up the loose skin and help lose more weight. Also cut back on portions/carbs/sugars/fats/greasy foods. (If you are eating any of those), and step up the protein/liquid intake.
