Question:
weight tracker stored info

okay, I understand that the weight tracker feature has changed..however...what about the two years of data and information that I had recorded and tracked in the old version? I'm a little frustrated to have it all disappear! If I had know you were going to change it I would have made screen shots of my data so that I could have it to transfer in another program. Is there any way to get it back? I find the new format less user friendly than the old one. I HATE not being able to get rid of stuff on my start page.    — Debra_M (posted on June 14, 2009)

I also am frustrated with some of the changes, but all my information is still there, so not sure what happened to yours. I think there is a place on the site where you can report these problems. If I find it, I'll come back and respond to you. Wendy

If you go to the very bottom of any page - across the bottom there is a place you can click labeled "contact us" - try that and let them know your problem. Maybe they can help you. I have done that before,and I actually got a fairly quick response (within 24 hours). Wendy
