you can do an online search on google or there is a good online support group called www.dailystrength.org i use it daily.

Hi Check with your doctor office they may have a list of support groups. Did you have weight loss surgery? I'm going to have the lap band,but for the next 6months I have to meet with a doctor to track my for eating habits. Belinda
