Question:
How hard it is to make the transition to 3 mls, 1200 cal? Sx 1/29/08, a bit nervous

i am out 11 months and I eat like 6 to 900 Calories per day. For me it was easy. I CANT eat much more. I have lost 248# since 2/16/2007... Bob
