Weight gain, being able to eat more, acid reflux. Might be any of those or
only one of them. The diagnosis is made with endoscopy or UGI.

You mean, like a rip or tear? I've never heard of one. Very gradual
process, as the SLD happens from the bottom up, as it is believed. NO
pain, except for the sudden KA-WHOOSH of acid for me, and most feel nothing
at all. What kind of pain do you have? Can you eat a lil more?Lot more? no
change?

been here a long time in Obesityhelp and from what I have read ..dont
remember one really complaining of pain.. mostly the weight gaining back
was what alerted them. Eating lots more than the normal RnY or VBG... hope
this isn't your case... blessings!
