Has anyone had any dillings with the necc Ibew Electricals union?

The Ins. is Blue Cross Blue shield of ILL They say they have to get this approved through the union they can't do it with just bc-bs-ILL Has anyone had this problem before or heard of this before    — [Anonymous] (posted on June 23, 2000)
