Question:
Need to lose weight
Hello everyone! I had my my gastric bypass back in 2009. Last year I got down to my lowest weight of 120lbs. Unfortunately before I got there I started smoking...again, but have since quit. Since then I have gained weight back. I tried to start back at a soft foods diet with canned tuna, egg whites, fat free cottage cheese, etc, but the weight does not seem to be moving...I want to get back down to 120 but seem to be stuck at 135, what should I do? -Nina — Nina15137 (posted on August 7, 2012)

If I take it right, you want to lose about 15 lbs, right? Remember what
you did in the beginning? Make sure you get the following in:vitamins,
fluids, protein. Weigh and measure what you eat. Journal the food that
you eat. Start some kind of excercise program like walking or whatever.
You've managed to keep a great deal of your weight off. You should
congradulated for that and getting control before it esculates.

A lot of people have had success with www.livefitrevolution.org It's a
free nutrition, exercise, support program for healthy living. Check it out
it just might be what you need. I've lost 44lbs since April and am still on
the way down plus learning how to use kettlebells! One of our members had
bypass surgery in 2010 and joined LFR to learn how to eat healthy. Stop by
and check it out - it's free!
