need to boost or restart metabolisms still have not met goal 5.7 tall and 198 was292

Rememeber what you did when you first had surgery? Basicly, it's back to
basics: protein, fluids, vitamins, excecise, avoid simple carbs (sugar,
anything with white flour, etc.) if you eat carbs, make sure it's complex
carbs like sweet potatoes etc.

Try teh eat clean approach teh suthor has a book for diet and excercise I
needed to boost my resting rate and was stcuk at 260 for over a year so I
satrted doing this plan in sept and have lost almost 30 10 that I had
gained after having a srugery and an additional 20 more

Hi, I'm there with you, the only difference between me and you is I'm 5'8
but I am also now 198 and started at 290. My surgery was 11 months ago so
I will also begin a type of cleansing and redirection by doing a liquid
diet and getting back on target. The holidays threw me off a bit but that
was just a few days so we just need to refocus and start fresh. Good luck!
