Question:
Can i take tylenol PM 5days out?

I have back pain and still uncomfortable from surgical but my main prob is i can't sleep.i never could before but now i have to sleep on my back for a while and i CANNOT sleep on my back.but if i had some aid then maybe i could fall asleep.    — carolyn1970 (posted on August 2, 2009)

try putting a pillow behind your back so you are more on your side. I could not sleep on my back wither, and this helped me. I put a pillow behind me and one between my knees and I sleep like a bay now! best of luck! hugs, kim

Tylenol PM is Tylenol and Benedryl. You can get both of these in liquid form. I used it and it really helped me. Good luck. Deb
