Question:
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as protein pills? :)

there ARE... sort of. you can obtain them online or at the vitamin shoppe.
they are chewable and each tablet is about 4 or 5 calories. but each
tablet only has ONE gram of protein-- so you would need to chew quite a few
to get a significant amount.

I've seen them. They have a small amount of protein- a few grams. Protein
drinks and high protein foods are a better way to go. I like the
"Health Wise" brand of protein drinks. You may find then on the
internet.

Yes, you can find it at Puritan's Pride online. You have to take about 12
to get 6 grams of protein. But I just take 4 every morning just to help
with my protein. Since my surgery in 2003 I don't eat alot of meat at all.
I have a hard time eating any type of meat, i eat more veggies then
anything. So the pills help some.

Yes I have heard of Protein bullets which contains 42g of protein. They
are a bit pricey but seem to be worth trying. I deffinitely plan on
getting these to supplement my protein intake. Here are some sites I found
to have them:

http://www.proteinbullet.com/store/
Hope that helps to answer your question. Best wishes!
