Question:
Medic Alert Bracelet

I have been reading all the posts ab out the medic alert bracelet. I have not seen anything about someone who has had the sleeve done. Do we need to have one? If so, why? Denise    — deejacobs (posted on February 16, 2009)

Your anatomy has been changes so that medicine and other things do notwork the same. Medical personel need to be aware.

Great question and thank U for asking it. I too am a "sleever". If I understand correctly we can not have blind NG tubes,we are also a dehydration risk as well as any other medical conditions we may have. Not to mention someday it may be necessary to have a feeding tube when we are old and or very sick.
