lasted about 2-2 1/2 weeks. I was freaking out but, thank God I have lost 3
lbs since then. I am so thankful I did this I am so far down 61 lbs! Good
Luck and you will get over the plateau it's just a waiting game....

There really is no such thing as a stall at 2.5 weeks. You would need to
not lose weight for about 2.5 months to be considered stalling. Your body
needs to catch up w/ itself. At 3 months you may be feeling fine but
you're still healing! Typical fixes could include increasing your protein
and water intake, mixing up your exercise routine and just re-evaluating
what you're eating - are you even eating enough? But honestly, you're
probably not doing anything wrong. So step off the scales! Go out and
enjoy the summer weather! Anyway, you might be losing inches but not
pounds and not even know it! Keep the faith! ~Sarah in VA

There IS such a thing as a "stall" however it is called a
plateau, you are correct. You need to change eating habits and exercise
routines. Your body get's used to the same things after a while. Instead
of walking, try getting on a bike, or cardio exercise instead of whatever
your're doing. You have to shock your body into thinking you're doing
something different. However, do realize that you can stay at the same
weight, but lose inches. Wierd I know, but it is quite common! That's why
most nutritionist's state to keep an eye on the inches NOT the pounds!
Keep the faith and just try different things. Good luck!
