Well, that depends on how creative you are and what your tummy can handle.
There are the normal protein sources like meats, cheeses, nuts etc. Alot
of folks like protein smoothies using protein powder like Unjury comes in
Vanilla, Chocolate, unflavoured.

I use the Designer Whey protein powders from Next Generation (available
online or thru GNC). My favorite is the chocolate flavor mixed in some
iced decaf coffee. Tastes just like mocha! The whey protein is more
easily absorbed than the soy protein... at least that's what I've been
told...

I mix one scoop of Isopure Dutch Chocolate protein powder with six ounces
of Carb Countdown and that gives me 60 grams. Then I eat protein-rich
food.

I eat my protein in the form of any kind of meat, eggs, cottage cheese,
yogurt, nonfat milk. I haven't taken any protein drinks in months because
really they make me gag. I love to eat my protein, not drink it. I keep a
daily log of how many ounces i eat at each meal, and multiple it by 7 as
the day goes on. I also keep track of my water that way too.
