Trying recording your "normal" food intake on something like fitday.com. Make sure everything you eat or drink (even if it is only 1 cracker or a sip of coke). Then once you know what you are eating, share with us.

Yes, I'd be interested in knowing what your normal day consisted of as well. I hope you can juggle some normie foods with your low-carbing and not gain. I know it's not easy for some! Good luck!

Hi Dawn: Sorry you're having trouble with your weight loss. I can relate. I stopped losing before I was 10 months post op. I had gotten pretty close to goal though, so it might have been my body telling me enough was enough? Your window of opportunity may now be closed or you might be eating more than you realize or? I have a friend who's post op who told me she was still only eating a few bites each meal, but when she came to visit me I can tell you she was eating much more than a few bites. Still not as much as someone without the surgery, but I think more than she realized. And she too was wondering why she wasn't losing weight as quickly as she was early post op. She's now eight months post op. So without more info. it's hard to tell exactly what might be going wrong for you. But regardless, 10 pounds in one week is a really alarming amount of weight gain. When I was regaining my weight I would gain about 2 to 4 pounds for the whole month. Doesn't really sound bad until you do that consistantly for over a year and then you're looking at a 41 pound regain. So I guess what I'm saying is try to figure out where the problem is for you. Whatever it is, try to get a handle on it before it totally gets out of hand like it did for me. Good luck, and if you want to email me personally feel free. [email protected]

Sorry this is happening! I'd think at least half of the 10 lbs has to be water. Check your food for hidden sodium, especially packaged foods. Try to stick with simple, whole, fresh foods.
