Question:
I am experiencing extremem pain after eating or drinking...any amount.

I have also noticed a weight gain of 12 pounds...I can't even drink water without being in pain a few minutes later. I called my surgeon, DR. Salahi, New Jersey for help and guess what...just my luck he is closing his practice for some unknown reason and his receptionist suggested I see a general surgeon in my area or go to the hospital. So does this sound like a staple line p[roblem...I fell alot of acid when it hurts and pain all over the right side of my stomach line...also hearing gurgling sounds and rumbles and my left side of my stomach seems to hurt too like a pinching...going to doctor tommorow Am...or maybe hospital ER tonight...2 years post op/open rny    — ginariso (posted on March 26, 2002)
