At Newton-Wellsley Hospital in Mass. the pre-ops consisted ultrsound,
blood test, EKG, and Pulmonary Function test. I don't even have to do the
enema thing the night before surgery, all I have to do is not eat or drink
after midnight and showup at 9:45 for surgery at 11:20AM. Easy as can be,
but I know all doctors and hospitals have their own requirements.

My surgeon is Dr. Fallang from Middletown, OH. I only have to have an
upper GI and a gallbladder scan. No sleep study was required. Hope that
helps!
