Question:
Has any one ever been approved for the surgery under the Oregon health plan-HMO

I have state provided insursnce in was told by a family nurse practioner that I was not a canidate for the surgery. I am interested in hearing from any one who may know of any ideas on what I could do.    — foxy H. (posted on January 10, 2000)

3/06/02go to www.omap.hr.state.or.us/stateplan/ and look up the info on what types of illnesses are covered under the state medicaid manual, coverage issures-medical procedures. i put a question up with answers so it should be up soon in the library section of insurance research under oregon health plan.
