surgery date

Hi Barb, I thought you might be intrested in this tid bit. I went online to my doctor's website and downloaded the post op diet. I am only meeting him in December but I thought that I would try it to see what it was like. Wow Am I shocked! IT works! I am looksing weight preop. I was doing the weight watcher's but this is easier. I thought that it would be good to get my body conditioned to the diet so that co me the spring when I would aproxamatly get my surgery that I would be a step a head and not unfamilure with the diet. You should try it. THe first week acts like the liquid diet prepo that you are expected to do 3-7 days before surgery. I found that liquid turkey diner was not as horrible as I thought it would be. LOL
