Simple Honey: S T O P I T!!! Cut them back; I didn't say OUT. Cause I
love a little sweet cake once in a while; and I mean once in a while; but I
feel soooo guilty while eatting it. I don't even enjoy it anymore..Im
loving my size 14 jeans from size 26!!! Exercise to offset your junk food
habit. YM from Philly

Have a healthy snack, of peanut butter, or a tiny bit of fruit, and stay
away from sugar. It is addictive, the more you eat the more you want. If
you stay away from the bad food three days, you lose your craving for it.
Don't undo what you have worked so hard to achieve! Good luck getting back
on track.

Hello, my suggestion is to find out why you went back to eating junk food,
do you keep a diary of your feelings and ups and downs? You have come a
long way, don't blow it now,,,
You can do it, as the saying goes, Rome was not built in a day, but in a
day it can be ruined! Hang in there, find out why, and correct it.

I hear you! I am in the same place. Just saying "way to go"
doesn't always do it. I like Sheila's advice. My eating is emotional and
I've started not only journaling food but my emotions through the day. I
may not eat at the moment of stress but if I don't deal with it, evening
brings a demon. I'm also working on relaxation techniques. A simple one is
deep breathing. Don't beat yourself up but acknowledge that this is a sign
of some work that needs to be done. Take a look at what's going on in your
head. You have done so well. Embrace what you have done. I find it
emotionally easier if I don't look down that long road (I still have a long
way to go) but be good to myself one day at a time. Hug yourself!

I agree with everyones advice, just wanted to say you can do it! eat
healthy snacks, say no to the junk, and write about it...big hugs, it can
be hard and so easy to fall back into the bad ways of things, but you can
fix that if you put it in your mindset...good luck!
