Your doctor should have given you nutrition info. But you can do a google
search on bariatric surgery and there should be a lot there. There is not
enough space to do it justice here. Lyn

One excellent site is www.whfoods.com . They have charts on protein rich
foods, iron rich foods, calcium rich foods, and many more nutritional data.
