Question:
Has anyone had blurred vision after wls

I seems since I had wls, once in a while I will have blurred vision. It only last a few seconds, but it dont seem normal. I go to my eye doctor this week for my yearly exam. I will ask him about it. have you had your suger checked latley? sometimes if your suger goes up, like after eatting candy or cake, you may have blurry vision.It can also happen if you are straing your eyes, or if your eyes are tired. You want to ask your eye DR. but you may also want to talk to your Primary DR, justto make sure your 100% okay. Let me know what they tell you... Good luck Mary

Patricia, I had really bad blurred vision when I was in the hospital. It went away and sometimes I do still get it.

How far out are you? Is anyone checking your vitains levels? A, B1, D and so on? A = vision. That's something we should check regularly, We check the retinol, not the beta carotene

Hi Patricia. You might want to see your PCM. Sometimes a blur in vision has a physical issue like dehydration or sugar issues. You may need a general check up. Dehydration is something I battle a lot, especially at this time of year when the heat comes a long. Keep your fluids, especially water up. Take care. Patricia P.

I am two years out and have the same problem. It is kinda scary. I've been to my eye doctor, surgeon and family physician. Everything checks out fine from sugar to vitamins. So for now, I guess I won't worry too much.
