I was the exact same way, but my stall lasted for almost 5 weeks. I called
my nt and she told me to up my calories to around the 800 mark and make
sure I get in all of my protein. After a few days of that I started to
lose again! Again, that was what my nut said, maybe you should give yours
a call and see what they recommend. You will start losing again, just give
your body some time! HTH Sarah

Hi, I agree with the last post, it sounds like you may not be eating
enough. (doesnt that sound funny!!) or getting in your proteins, make sure
you are eating on the clock and getting in your proteins throughout the
day, especially first thing in the morning to kick start your metabolism..
.. also drink lots of water .. you will start losing, your body has no
choice , good luck and 26 lbs is not all bad!!! April :)

Don't worry you are doing fine. Just think six weeks and 27 lbs are gone
forever! Your body may be just adjusting to the large amount of weight loss
and once it does the pounds will start coming off again. Keep up the good
work and God Bless.

First....congratulations! Second...don't use the word "only" and
"lost" in the same sentence...lol. You are doing fabulous! Just
think back to how much weight you lost in the 6 weeks PRIOR to surgery. I
agree with one of the posters..I hit a stall and my surgeon recommended
eating more and I upped my protein. Did the trick. Have a great ride~you
are doing awesome.

8 weeks post op and have lost 29 lbs. I have stalled a little bit along
the way. But slower is better. Also now I am at the weight I was for
along time so I figured I would stall here.
Just do what you should be doing; 80+ grams of protein, 64+ oz of water,
eat protein first and all should fall into place. Also what weight did you
start at?

27 pounds at six weeks is really good!! Just get your protein, exercise,
and get your vitamins, and you will be fine.
