Question:
Is there any support groups in Hartford or Tolland Counties, CT.

Hi, do you belong to the CT message board here on ObesityHelp.com? That is a good place to start to find a support group. Also check with http://bsci.com, bariatric support centers interntational and see if you can find a support group. Yes, support is very important. The message boards really help too.

Hi Dottie, There is a support group that meets the last Tuesday of the month. It is held at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford. It starts at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. I love these meetings. They are great. There is so much information for pre-op as well as post-op.I have been going since before my surgery.Hope to see you there.Good Luck, Sarah
