Whatever I want to make (examples: cookies, fudge, cakes, pies) I use the
same recipes but just use Splenda instead of sugar.

There is actually a splenda cookbook just to make all sorts of desserts:
cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, pies, etc. I have the book at home, I am at
school now. If you would like to e-mail me I can give you some recipes
from the book in a week when I am home, or I'm sure you can find the book
at any bookstore if you feel like buying it! My cousin made pumpkin
cheesecake for thanksgiving using the splenda cookbook for my Uncle who is
diabetic. That was the first pie to go! It was delicious :) my e-mail is

I've done a lot of experimenting since my surgery 28 months ago and have
found that Splenda and fudge don't work as well as using turbinado sugar.
Chocolate must be sugar-free chocolate. You can buy a grain sweetened
chocolate chips by a company called Sunspire and they are great --
especially when used in fudge! Check out my profile page for some
wonderful recipes and a recipe book or go to my website at
www.freewebs.com/recipes-after-rny On my website you'll find some sample
recipes for old-fashioned peanut butter cookies and hot fudge pudding cake.
