I have PHS healthnet and had my surgery 8/8/01 in New york with DrPomp. He is part of the bariatric surgery team at mountSinai Hospital.H e waqs fantastic an dhighly recommended. They also have after care support group meetings. They specialize in lap procedures and do the RNY, Duodenal switch and lap band. Their number is 212 241 2920 Good luck
