Well, my highest KNOWN weight was 312, and I am 5'8". I lost a little
weight before sururgy, got down to about 279. Now weigh 166....that's over
140 pounds total loss...went from a size 28 pants and 3XL blouse/shirt, to
a size 10 pants and a medium to large blouse or shirt. Also lost half a

I had the sugery on April 22, 2010 and was at 262. This morning I was 181
so down quite a bit in just four months. I follow the diet to a T and don't

I had RNY on April 23, 2009. My starting weight was 345. Wore size 28.
Now I am at 170, and wear a size 10/12. Lost a total of 175 lbs. I wish
that I had had this surgery years ago. I am still loosing too! I lost
another pound last week. I don't eat sugar, bread or pasta. Best of luck
to you! It is well worth the journey!
