Question:
Do any of you other ladies who are post-op experience problems with chronic "wedgies"
Not to divulge TMI, but every pair of pants I wear gives me a terrible wedgie since I lost weight. I feel it has to do with the loss of/redistribution of weight in the area. It's driving me nuts!! I've taken to wearing lots of skirts. Has this happened to anyone else? — marciamak (posted on September 9, 2009)

I feel your pain! The tricky part is finding the right shapewear. I
finally found some Jockey underwear that has the "lifting" seam
in the middle of the butt. After trying several pair of different sizes I
finally went to their website and ordered 8 pair of smalls. I found the
crotch was too long with all the manufacturers no matter what size. It
helped a lot with the wedgie factor and holding the rolls up where they
should be. Keep exercising to firm things up it does get better!

Too funny - I was just thinking that yesterday. Yes, it is a new phenomenon
for me (in the last week or so)and the shapewear works pretty well to help
with it. I never even considered that this would be an issue, but here we
are dealing with it!

Yes it is a problem. I find that pants that will not slide are crawling up
and giving me wedgies. I will have to try the shape wear the others
suggested. I have just been wearing looser pants but my hubby says they
look too big.

Try wearing different brands of pants to find the right type. For myself it
took awhile to find the right fit.

I have been getting wedgies like crazy. A guy at school told me to turn
around when I was talking to him, I asked why, and he said that my ass
looked good. Maybe wedgies can be good things lol
