Question:
I've had weight gain since starting HRT, Help!!!

It had been a little over 2 yrs since my surgery and I started on Bio-Identical hormone therapy. I had lost 115# and was within 30# of my goal weight. I only used the HRT for 5 months and then quit taking it since I had gained weight. Since starting HRT I have gained 20#. Now I'm 50# from my goal, and now I can't lose anything. The weight that I have gained since starting HRT has gone right to my mid-section. I can't seem to lose weight now. I need help. Please if anyone knows what I can do, please let me know. I gained thirty pounds and went to weight watchers and started a couch to 5k program which is a first you walk then you gradually add running. Lost 25 of those pounds and feel great AGAIN.
