Just go back to basics. Read up on your foods that your DR. recommended to
you for after your surgery. Start over and remember, You don't want to get
like you were before your journey.

Go back to basics is right. Follow your original liquid diet.
Right now its only 30 pounds don't keep doing this if you are serious about
losing your weight. There is a reason you wanted to lose weight in the
first place. Also exercise and the weight will come off much faster and
you get the benefit of feeling better. Good Luck and God Bless,

Hi Brenda,
First things first, you are not alone. I'm about 5-1/2 years out and have
gained back 50 pounds from my lowest weight. I began the fight back to
weight loss on Saturday. Today is my 4th day of the 5 day pouch test and
so far so good. Today I had lost 5.4 pounds. Today was tough fighting the
head hunger, but I've tried to work it through. You can do this and you
will. I've also joined the forum "Back on Track Together" which
has helped keep me accountable. You might want to look into that. Wishing
you the best.
