It looks like your question got cut off. What is it that you are asking
specifically?

There are other sources of Vitamin E besides pills. I take a liquid vitamin
(on my ragdolldude obestity help area) that has 75IU, which is 250% of the
RDA of Vitamin E. Liquids are easier for some people to take than pill, and
the liquids begin working in your body quicker than pills.

E usualy comes in 200, 400 or 1000 IU. If it's in a soft gel, and is the
dl-alpha form, they are not well absorbed, even tho you can melt the
"shell" just fine. The dry form is the correct d-alpha form and
come sin capsules, so you can swallow, open & dump into something
(tasteless) or let the capsule dissover for 10-15 seconds in your outh,
then swallow it as it softens. They usually come in 400 IU.
