Question:
taking steriods after RNY ????? need doctors help on this one.

right off the bat i know steriods are bad for you, but i want to know what are the risks of taking then after RNY? Im not intrested in a mass builder steroid. I was thinking of winstrol (not sure about the spelling) it is a fat reducer and should make some defanition from what i've heard. is there any doctors in here that can tell me a very honest anwser????? i know most the anwsers i get in here are gonna be no no no, but id like to find out the real risks with t6he steroid and the re roughting of my stomach. I've lost 80lbs since dec 4th and have about 60 to go but when i get there i want it to look good or better if i can help it in any way.    — JOHNNNYRAY (posted on March 15, 2007)

I'm not a doctor. I'm very confused as to why you would want to take steroids? Is it for arthritis reasons or to help you bulk muscles? Either way, they make you gain weight. I have lived on them for years, prednisone to be specific, and they were one of the major reasons I gained as much as I did. I will *NEVER* take them again. EVER! I don't care how much pain or inflammation I'm in. It's not worth it. I've also seen bad results from someone who got hooked on them who was a lifter. It almost killed him. You really don't want to go there. There are other ways to do this!

Have You've gone in person to your Surgeon & Primary doctors and asked Face to Face, this question? I'm guessing No. Being with the Rerouting of your system if taken orally you'd be wasting your money as your body would dump the steroids brfore it would absorb it.
