Question:
I'm almost 9 months out and wondering if I eat too much do it cause nausea?

YES, plus other pains and the dreaded Foamies that can last 1 to 8 hours of
Nausea and vomiting clear stuff till the food comes up too.

Yes, it does. I am four years out, and I still get nauseaus if I eat way
too much.

Yes, you will experience nausea if you eat too much. Something the
nutrionist told us in our pre-op class the other day is that you have a
year from your surgery date to reach your weight goal and after that the
weight loss slows down. She further advised us to stick to the diet and
exercise so that we will reach out goals. Continue to watch what you eat
because some things can cause constipation and weight gain. Don't drink
ensure because that causes weight gain.

I know that slowing down during eating is key. As much as I fight it, this
is the answer to my nausea. Good Luck.
