any one approved for plastic surgery with BCBS Federal

They approved the panni part of a lower body lift, plus a hernia repair. I self-paid for the rest of the LBL. And they disapproved the thighs, breast lift, and batwings. My PS sent in pictures showing how badly my tummy skin hung. Getting the full LBL was worth it, 15 pounds of skin removed.

what is a panni for the LBL

The panni is just the removal of the skin on the belly. The LBL goes all the way around and pulls up the buttocks and outer thighs in addition to flattening out the belly.
