Question:
My DS was 2006. What steps can I take to stop my weight gain?
I had my DS 8 years ago. My weight stabalised for 6 years, and now I find I am gaining. In the past year 15lbs gain. Any suggestions about how I can address this problem? Diet? More exercise? What are your experiences? HELP — heatherharm (posted on January 11, 2014)

I suggest that you contact your surgeon that performed your DS. Go in for
an appointment to see if there are any issues with your DS.
You might also use the OH Health Tracker to keep track of your food. Maybe
you need to tweak what you're eating as in carbs or other foods you're
eating. The Health Tracker also has an area that you can keep track of
exercise and types of exercises.
Compare what you're doing now to what you were doing before you experienced
a weight regain.
Good luck!!
