Well, I was not allowed any fruit until I lost 75% of my weight, now I still eat very little, I can't fit in all my darn protein in the course of the day and drink all my water with the waiting 30 minutes prior and after eating. It is difficult.

Ripe bananas are easy to puree, just peel, cut into slices and mash with a fork. Other fruits (such as berries) can be blended in a food processor or blender, add a little artificial sweetner and a little artificial vanilla. Larger fruits (apples, peaches) need to be peeled before processing. You can find unsweetened applesauce in most supermarkets. Good luck!

I thawed frozen strawberries and peaches and blended them into a puree. I refroze the puree in ice cube trays to keep the portions consistant and for convenience. Just thawed one everyday and added it to plain greek style yogurt which is higher in protein than most prepackaged yogurt. Applesauce was a good option too. Good luck!!
