Be sure you are eating up to 1000-1200 a day. If you don't eat that amount
a day, then you aren't going to stop losing. I snack all day on little
things, then I eat my dinner which is small. But some will say not to
snack or nibble, but I don't know about you, but I can't eat 1,200 calories
in one meal, so I do eat throughout the day. I make healthy choices as
well. I think that is what matters. So you could also bump up your carb
intake a little bite too. My R.D. told me that one. Hope this helps.

Hi ! I too had this problem..went below my goal weight and wasn't sure how
to stop..I had to increase my portion size to 4 oz..was only eating 2 at
meals...and had to eat more calorically rich foods... no fake mayo, whole
salad dresssings, etc...peanut butter, and stay healthy with your choices.
If you workout you may need to increase your caloric intake even more. I am
currently maintaining and eat as I said 4 ounces 4-5 times a day for a
calorie total of 1300-1500 a day depending on if I work out or not. I would
discuss it with your nut if you can. Mine also suggested a protein shake
while I work out just to give me calories while there. it took me a few
months to get it right for me..but I did. I had gotten down to 114 and now
weigh in between 118 and 122. Best of luck to you and congrats on doing so
well! I bet you feel good! I know I do! hugs,Kim

Had the same problem. Got down to a size 4 and was looking unhealthy and
too thin. I had to increase my calorie intake and had to cut down my cardio
from 5x a week to 3x a week and added more strength training. Talk to your
NUT and come up with a plan - a balance. Worked for me. Now I am a happy
6/8.
