Question:
What type of protein is better whey or soy.

If you don't have a personal preference, I recommend whey, but it should be
whey ISOLATE. It doesn't usually affect lactose intolerant people and
seems to be easy on the stomach. When you add it to foods, it makes them
thicker... whereas soy protein, when added to foods, makes them runny. But
as far as nutritional value, I'd say they're about the same.

Whey Isolate is best... I've been told soy protien causes gas.

I have either one and they effect me about the same. I was told they are

I can't have soy products, due to the fact it isn't good for my breast
problems, it produces too much estrogen. I like whey.

I think that both are good but some people develop allergies to dairy and
so use soy. I use this for that reason but can use some whey in small
amounts.

As my NUT would say... "what ever you will take/drink/eat, etc.
The best -fill in the blank - is what you will use and keep using.
My pref is whey.

Some of the soy mixes have some fiber in them, where the whey usually
doesn't. As for anything else, I think it's like what someone else
said...whatever you prefer as far as taste and texture! Good luck!
